Morning View Aviation collects information you provide through MVA Ops and our enrollment, document-request, and communication forms. Depending on the services you use, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, membership and training information, submitted documents, and communication records.

For our text messaging program, we maintain your mobile number, consent records, opt-out preferences, and message delivery information. Our service providers may also process technical information needed to operate and secure these services.

We use information to administer membership and flight training, provide access to member roadmaps, prepare requested documents, coordinate appointments and aircraft operations, respond to questions, and maintain service records.

We use text messaging consent records to determine whether we may send operational messages and to honor your communication preferences.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share information necessary to operate the messaging program with service providers acting on our behalf, including messaging providers and telecommunications carriers, solely to support message delivery, consent management, and related services.

We use service providers to host MVA Ops, process forms, store documents, obtain electronic signatures, and deliver communications. Information is made available as needed to perform those functions.

We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services. These disclosures do not authorize marketing use of SMS consent information.

We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain operational records, meet applicable obligations, and document messaging consent and opt-outs.

We use access controls to limit access to private member records. No electronic service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel your membership or other services. You may contact us to request correction or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained for operational or legal reasons.
